Our flat roof repair and replacement service covers the most commonly used flat roof materials, which include built-up roof (BUR), rubber membrane (EPDM), modified bitumen, PVC, and TPO. We will begin with a thorough inspection to determine if you need repairs or replacement. We look out for such things as a loose vapor barrier, leaks, water damage to walls, discoloring or spots in the ceiling, large tears and rips in the roofing membrane and seams, and extensive pooling of water.

In our shingled roof repair and replacement service, we deal with asphalt shingle as well as other commonly used shingles. We will begin by inspecting the roof to determine the extent of the damage. We look at such thing as broken, missing, buckling, clawing, or curling shingles, damaged flashing, missing granules, and bare spots.
